1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "phpar," "the Company," "we," "us," "our" refers to the phpar platform and its operating entity, accessible at phpar.cam.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phpar platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual on the phpar platform.
• "Platform" refers to the phpar website at phpar.cam, including all games, sports betting services, wallet features, promotions, and other content accessible therein.
• "Wallet" refers to the player's PHP balance held within their phpar account.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a game outcome or sporting event through the phpar platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or incentive amounts credited to a player's account by phpar.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification.
• "PHP" refers to the Philippine Peso, the currency used for all phpar transactions.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The phpar platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure they meet this age requirement before registering. phpar reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time, and accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, with all funds forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. Players must confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in their jurisdiction. While phpar is designed for players in the Philippines, it is the Player's sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in their specific location.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active phpar account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. phpar reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein if this rule is violated.

2.4 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering a phpar account. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

2.5 KYC Verification. phpar may require Players to complete KYC verification at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.

3 Account Security

3.1 Player Responsibility. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their phpar account login credentials, including their username and password. phpar will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. Players must notify phpar immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of their account. phpar will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. phpar strongly encourages all Players to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This provides an additional layer of security beyond the standard username and password login.

3.4 Shared Devices. Players who access phpar from shared devices — such as family computers or internet cafés — are responsible for logging out after each session. phpar is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from a Player's failure to log out on a shared device.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. phpar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time, and phpar will notify Players of any material changes.

4.2 Currency. All phpar transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit in PHP is the exact amount credited to your phpar wallet, without any markup or conversion fee imposed by phpar.

4.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed within the phpar platform at the time of deposit. phpar reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. phpar processes withdrawal requests as promptly as reasonably possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within one to three business days, depending on banking system availability. Processing times may extend during peak periods or during mandatory KYC review.

4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. Players must complete any applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived funds. phpar reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the account has an active fraud investigation or unresolved responsible gaming restriction.

4.6 Dormant Account Fee. Accounts that have been inactive (no login and no wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. phpar reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ₱100 per month to dormant accounts after providing advance notice to the Player's registered email address.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by phpar are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of each promotion. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a phpar account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) is stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. phpar reserves the right to cancel bonus claims where abuse or circumvention is suspected.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. phpar defines bonus abuse as any attempt to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gaming. This includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds solely on low-risk bets designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gaming participation, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Bonus abuse may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets have an expiry period, as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will be removed from the Player's account upon expiry without notice or compensation.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. phpar reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where the Company reasonably suspects match manipulation, or where a Player has exceeded applicable betting limits.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on the phpar platform. These limits are displayed within the platform at the time of wagering and may differ by game type, market, and Player account status.

6.3 Malfunctions Void All Pays. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the integrity of a game result, phpar reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to Players' wallets. This policy applies to all slot games, live casino tables, and any other game or feature on the phpar platform.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules. For sports betting, phpar's specific sportsbook rules govern the settlement of all markets, including PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and all other events covered. These rules are available within the sports betting section of the phpar platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.5 Disputed Results. phpar's decision on the settlement of any bet or game result is final, subject to review in cases of documented technical error. Any dispute must be submitted to phpar support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event outcome.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpar platform. Players found to be engaging in any prohibited conduct face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the phpar platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other Players, phpar employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the phpar platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the phpar platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phpar customer support staff or other players.
• Opening more than one phpar account or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Accessing the phpar platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been credited to a phpar wallet.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. phpar is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment and must never become a source of financial hardship or psychological harm.

8.2 Player Tools. phpar provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible from the account settings section after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which phpar will automatically log you out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the phpar platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed until the specified exclusion period has ended.

8.3 Age Verification. phpar is committed to preventing underage gambling. All Players must be at least 21 years of age. phpar reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and will suspend accounts that cannot be verified.

8.4 Support Resources. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use phpar's self-exclusion tool and to seek assistance from qualified support organizations. phpar's Responsible Gaming page contains further information and guidance on managing gaming habits.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the phpar platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and code — is the proprietary intellectual property of phpar or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

9.2 Limited License. phpar grants Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phpar platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This license does not permit copying, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, scraping, or commercial use of any phpar platform content.

9.3 Trademarks. The phpar name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the phpar platform. Unauthorized use of phpar trademarks is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. phpar makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times. However, phpar does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur from time to time.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpar shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the phpar platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Maximum Liability. phpar's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their phpar wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

10.4 Third-Party Services. phpar is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party payment services, including GCash, PayMaya, or any Philippine bank, even where these are integrated into the phpar platform.

11 Privacy & Data

11.1 Privacy Policy. phpar's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of Player personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a phpar account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Data Processing. phpar processes Player data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

11.3 Anti-Money Laundering. phpar is obligated to comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). phpar may share Player information with relevant Philippine regulatory authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), where required by law.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by phpar. phpar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice, including where phpar reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

12.2 Termination by Player. Players may close their phpar account at any time by contacting phpar customer support. Upon account closure, phpar will process any eligible remaining real-money balance in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account (by either party), all rights granted to the Player under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Governing Law) — shall continue to apply.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 Right to Amend. phpar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, phpar will provide advance notice to Players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the phpar platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must cease using the phpar platform and contact support to close your account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and phpar, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through phpar's internal dispute resolution process, which can be initiated by contacting phpar customer support. phpar commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

14.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through phpar's internal process, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
